Update July 2022: Dextra has begun seeking out loves and attention from us! This gal may prove to be a pampered indoor kitty yet!

As most know, our shelter has a soft spot for those harder cases that arrive. Most recently on our minds are our ferals, that are now loving kitties, as well as those kitties that we lovingly call Independents. Dextra is one of our Independent gals. She is one of a handful of kitties that still do not want human affection and that is okay. She will likely never seek attention and will rarely allow you to be close. She would not mind a barn home or shop. A place where she can just be on her own without forced human interactions, to be fed and kept warm, with the ability to get out of the elements when she desired. These kitties have a place in the world and it could be with you!
