Charlie – The Fluffy Brown-and-White Dreamboat Who Hasn’t Met a Thing He Isn’t Curious About

Charlie is a walking cloud of caramel-brown and snow-white long fur with a plumy tail that never stops waving and enormous amber eyes that say “What’s that? Can I touch it? What does it taste like?” This kitten missed the day they taught “fear” in kitten school. Everything is fascinating, everyone is a potential friend, and the world is one giant playground designed specifically for Charlie exploration time.

Curiosity level: professional. Open a drawer? Charlie’s in it. Crinkle a bag? He’s on your shoulder. Run the faucet? He’s supervising from the sink like a very fluffy lifeguard. He narrates his adventures in the softest little trills and chirps, as if he’s hosting his own nature documentary: “And here we see the rare human opening the fridge… fascinating.”

Petting? Yes, please, all of it. Charlie leans so hard into scratches that he sometimes topples over sideways, then just stays there purring like nothing happened. His coat is impossibly soft; brushing him feels like petting a teddy bear that purrs.

Picking him up? He’s totally cool with it; he just keeps looking around mid-air like “Whoa, new perspective!” and then snuggles under your chin.

Charlie grew up in the big West Ave kitten colony, so other cats are simply part of the scenery; he loves watching them, playing chase, stealing toys, and flopping dramatically on anyone who will tolerate a fluffy invasion. He’d be thrilled in a home with another young, playful cat or as the center of your universe; either way, he adapts instantly.

If you want a kitten who greets every day like it’s the best adventure ever, leavesÌ€ tumbleweeds of fur in his wake, and rewards you with full-body purrs and tiny inquisitive head-boops, Charlie is ready to choose you.
